Wetterhome General Order & Delivery Conditions

Log-in
To place and order, you will need to set–up a personal member account with us and provide us with all the necessary information. You will need to create your own username and password, which allows you to access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You can up-date or change your personal information ( name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, password, username and credit card details ) online at any point. If you wish to close your online account with us or to un-subscribe from our product updates or newsletters, please inform us by e-mail at: customerservice@wetterhome.com

We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict you from accessing your account or our site if we have reasons to believe you have violated any of the terms, including providing us with false information.
Wetterhome.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

E-mail
We send to all our new customers and members a welcome e-mail to verify e-mail address, username and password.

Prices & Taxes
The prices are quoted in US-$. Prices and delivery costs are subject to change without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, wetterhome.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.
The prices quoted do not include duty and local sales tax and the user is responsible for all sales taxes and duties on shipped merchandise.

Payments
Purchases at wetterhome.com can only be made by PayPal. All credit card payments are subject to an authorization hold at the time of placement.

Express order
All Express orders are generally shipped out ex our warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam by Courier service within 2 working days. Transit times depend on the country of destination. The estimated transit time is 2 to 4 working days.
Express orders are subject to a shipping surcharge and it’s shown in the shopping basket. The surcharge depends on the size and weight of the individual product and final destination ( Zone Asia, Europe or USA ).

Regular orders
Regular orders require a transit time of 4 to 6 weeks from date of ordering and depend on stock availability. The risk of loss off all merchandise purchased passes to the customer upon our delivery of the products by courier/carrier.

Order status
You can view your order status online. Simple sign in with your user ID in the navigation bar near the top.

Return policy
Returns will be accepted within 14 days for wetterhome.com credit or exchange only. All returns must be approved by wetterhome.com by e-mail or phone. The item must be returned in unused condition and it must be packed in its original packaging and insured for the full amount. The parcel must be sent via UPS, DHL or FedEx to: Wetter (Indochine) Limited, 28 Hung To Road, 5/F, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Damage claims on received products must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchase immediately.

Backorder
In the event that the article is out of stock, your order will put on backorder and the best possible shipping date will be confirmed by e-mail.

Special orders
Special orders are not cancelable and are not returnable for credit or for refund.

Your personal information are used to process your order and to provide the necessary services, such as packaging and shipping. Your credit card details are encrypted and it’s protected with encrypting software. All e-mail communication regarding sales orders will refer to your credit card number only by their final four digits. Please do not e-mail your credit card details.

Shipping & Delivery
Our goal at Wetterhome.com is it to delivery your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Your order ships directly from our factory in Vietnam to your home. Each order is reviewed and packed individually.

We offer two ways of shipment.

Regular shipment
Regular orders require a transit time of 4 to 6 weeks from date of ordering and depend on stock availability. Free shipping on orders over US-$ 150.--. For orders below US-$ 150.-- the additional shipping charges will be calculated at Checkout.
